Steve New has over 23 years experience working in commercial property in Surrey. He has acted for landlords and occupiers in dealing with acquisitions and disposals of office and industrial properties and bought and sold development and investment opportunities. He currently acts for a major pub company advising on their disposals throughout the South East. Dan Martin has been working with Steve New in the agency team since 2008. Ross Ballerino continues to act as a consultant in the company. He has been trading in Chertsey for the past 25 years and has a wealth of experience of commercial property.
